An exciting opportunity awaits within our Customer Services team in Auckland. We are seeking a compassionate professional with a natural empathy and a positive, calm demeanour. No prior call centre experience is required; we value life experience and innate empathy.
About You:
- Experience in customer-focused roles preferred but not essential
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Vibrant personality with a passion for success in a dynamic team environment
- Dedication to exceeding customer expectations and understanding their needs
- Proactive, resilient, and adaptable to change
About the Role:
- Assist customers with consignments including tracking, booking, and redirection
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Accurate administration and customer information management
- Cultivate strong internal relationships
- Handle queries via phone and email
You will work an 8-hour shift Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
