  • Experience in customer-focused roles preferred but not essential
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

About the Role:

  • Assist customers with consignments including tracking, booking, and redirection
  • Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Accurate administration and customer information management
  • Cultivate strong internal relationships
  • Handle queries via phone and email

You will work an 8-hour shift Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
